DO YOU DESIGN WEDDING STATIONERY?

My amazing team over at Gus & Ruby Letterpress will be happy to provide more information about our process! If you are solely interested in a venue or other illustration for your suite, please use the form mentioned above.

DO YOU OFFER YOUR PRINTS/NOTECARDS WHOLESALE?

Due to the current size of our company, we are only able to take on a limited number of wholesale partners at this time, but we would love to hear more about your store/wholesale needs! Please email your store name, address, and prints of interest to kyrawells@gmail.com.

DO YOU OFFER _____ AS A PRINT? CAN I ORDER ____ PRINT IN A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Because we order all of our prints in bulk quantities from a small printing company, we are somewhat limited in the variety/sizes of prints that we are able to offer for sale. Additionally, some pieces are commissioned, so they will not be offered for reproduction. However, sometimes custom print orders can be placed, so please don’t hesitate to inquire.

S H O P P O L I C I E S

ORDERS + SHIPPING

We ship all orders via USPS mail within 2-6 days of receiving your order unless otherwise specified (ie; choosing a framed option). When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If ten business days have gone by since you’ve received a shipping notification, please contact kyrawells@gmail.com for assistance.

Mail can be unpredictable these days. We will work like crazy to produce your orders quickly, but once your order leaves with a shipper it's literally out of our hands. We cannot provide refunds for orders that are late due to shipping delays. However, we will do our best to replace items if they get lost or damaged.

We try our best to be as environmentally conscious as possible with our packaging. Your package may arrive in gently used packing materials. We hope you don’t mind and we encourage you to recycle any of our packaging per your local recycling guidelines.
